The International Association of Press Clubs was formed in 2002 to uphold the ethics of journalism and free access and distribution of information worldwide. We now have 20 member Press Clubs representing Europe, Far East, Asia and Middle East. The list is continuing to grow.

The idea was to create a common network for Press Clubs, Foreign Correspondents' Clubs and International Press Centers across the world where they could interact, communicate and get access to information for their member journalists in an independent and free manner.

The IAPC website aims to provide information about the IAPC and its activities and to provide a channel for prospective members as well as for journalists trying to access information in any of the countries represented by member clubs.
